We have now added a new support package, which is not only cheaper, but offers all the essential services to maintain a happy PC network.

Details of our new IT Support package for Small Offices is below. This is per PC and can be altered on a month by month basis if you increase or decrease the number of PC’s in your business. It is all on a pro rata basis.

Business Package – £29.00 + VAT per PC p/month

• Priority response – Within a maximum of 2 hours
• Orbital Workplace technology to proactively monitor everything in your IT network. (worth £48.00 p.a.)
• AVG Anti-Virus Biz Edition (worth £30.00 p.a.)
• Remote & Telephone support – 30 minutes per month (Worth £360.00 p.a.)
• Unlimited Cloud backup for your PC’s/MAC’s (Worth £149.00 p.a.)
• Reduced call out rate to £75.00 + VAT p/hour for major failures or upgrade work required on site. (using just 1 hour per month will save £240.00 p.a.)
• Professional Tier 1 Web & E-mail hosting reduced to £99.00+ VAT per annum. Unlimited space, unlimited mailboxes, forwarders with your own control panel login.
