We have recently made an extensive change to our Cloud Backup solution. The new service is now called Orbital Cloud: www.orbitalcloud.co.uk
The upgrade provides increased functionality in the software and enables us to have some of the bespoke features to improve the end user experience.
IMPORTANT – Existing Customers
To ensure all is running correctly and benefit from the new software please follow the instructions below or ask us to log in and we will happily do this for you.
1) Uninstall the old Livedrive program
2) Install the new Orbital Cloud software for PC or MAC from the links below
3) Login with your username and password as before.
You are all set !!
To access your files online right click on the new Orbital Icon and choose “View Your Orbital Technology Online”
